What was the inspiration behind this track?
The inspiration for this track was all about creating something that was easy to dance to and easy to sing, but also brought a true club feel. Blending a catchy vocal sample with a groovy driving bassline was the whole idea and it all came together really quick. It was a fan favourite from the minute we finished it and started playing it in our sets! We held on to this one for a while and we are so hyped to finally share it.
How does the energy of LA’s nightlife influence your sound?
Being residents and running our own show with LA’s premiere underground collective Blind Tiger, has blessed us with the opportunity to dive deeper within the culture and curate a sound that resonates with our creativity. Mainly being influenced by Tech House and Minimal Tech we’ve been able to find our sweet spot within the house community.
If you could hear this track played anywhere in the world, where would it be?
With the intentions of creating an upbeat, catchy, groovy track…we see this being played at festivals and clubs to bring the energy to the dancefloor this summer.
For those just discovering your music, how would you describe the Party Of Three sound?
For those newly discovering our music it is imperative to know we are a 3 man DJ & Producing act. We each have our own identity and creative sound that we implement into each other’s work that ultimately creates 1 unique sound.
What’s next for Party Of Three? Any upcoming releases or shows?
As of now we are headlining a festival in Arizona, SynFlame, have a residency in LA at Blind Tiger individually and collectively, release monthly edits to our Soundcloud & Youtube, and have a release coming soon on Synesthesia for a highly anticipated track of ours!
